Although fatigue could be a result of lifestyle and medical conditions(e.g. Anaemia, Thyroid disorders, Cancers) it can also be caused by psychological problems.

Video consultation is available for patients aged 2 years and above with non-emergency conditions. Each patient must have their own user account; accounts should not be shared. For patients below 16 years old, a parent or guardian (aged 21 and above) must be present during the consultation. The guardian will be required to show a valid ID (e.g. NRIC, passport) to the doctor at the start of the teleconsultation.
  1. Download the iMedic app.
  2. Select your preferred Assure Family Clinic location.
  3. Choose your preferred time slot and indicate your symptoms.
  4. Confirm your particulars and book your appointment.
Conditions suitable for video consultation include

Headaches and migraine
Fever, cold and flu
Diarrhoea, mild stomach ache, constipation
Cough and sore throat
Rashes and skin irritation

Note: Conditions that require emergency medical attention are not suitable for video consultation.

Please seek in-clinic or emergency care if you experience the following:

  • Visual disturbances
  • Dizziness
  • Chest pain
  • Breathing difficulties and asthma
  • Abdominal pain with fever
  • Diarrhea with black stools
  • Fever for more than 3 days
  • Urinary or bowel incontinence
  • Pregnancy complications
  • Any injuries
  • Bleeding from any wounds / injuries
  • First consultation for chronic illnesses

If you have a life-threatening condition or are experiencing emergency symptoms such as breathlessness, acute chest pain, or severe injuries, please visit the A&E department or dial 995 immediately.

Medications prescribed during your teleconsultation can be delivered via uParcel.
Delivery options (subject to stock availability and delivery conditions) may include:

  • Express (3 hour) delivery
  • Rush (1 hour) delivery
  • Same day delivery

Please note that you will be contacted by our courier, uParcel to provide a PIN code (which will be sent to you via Whatsapp or SMS) in order to receive the medication from the courier.

Issuance of a medical certificate (MC) is at the doctor’s discretion and requires a real-time video consultation. You can access an electronic copy of your MC in the iMedic app.

Payment is made via the app (using your credit / debit card or e-wallet) after completion of the video consultation. A receipt will be emailed to you.
